DAN HIRSHBERG, President, of Hackettstown, is formerly an award-winning journalist and editor, having spent 18 years in the newspaper and magazine field, in both news and sports.  

As a public relations specialist, he has worked on projects for an assortment of regional and national retail, manufacturing, healthcare, sports and leisure businesses.

The author of five books, including Phil Rizzuto: A Yankee Tradition, Hirshberg was a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the Board of Directors for United Way of Warren County, and is now the Vice President of International Trade Center Alliance, and is on the advisory board of the House of the Good Shepherd Continuing Care Retirement Community and the Centenary Theater for Performing Arts. In addition, he is the former President and current Vice President of the Kiwanis Club of Hackettstown and is active in many other community-based programs.
